Relax at Redding RV Park
The aptly named Redding RV Park is only a short distance from the town of Redding. This area of California is a gorgeous place to visit, and it has a lot to enjoy. Those who are traveling in the area with their RV should consider staying at Redding RV Park for more than just the great location though. The park features great sites and wonderful amenities that you need when you are traveling in an RV. You will be able to enjoy some breathtaking views of Mt. Shasta and Lassen Peak from the park. The park is open year round too, which is great for those who are planning vacations during what most RV parks consider the off-season.
Features of Redding RV Park
The park has 110 sites. The sites, which are large enough to accommodate RVs that are up to 70′ long, have some excellent features. You will be able to find pull-thru and back-in sites at the campground. They have wireless Internet and cable TV access at the campground too. All of the sites at Redding RV Park have full hookups for water, sewer and electric.
Redding RV Park has handicap accessible facilities. The restrooms and the showers are clean, and you will be able to do your laundry onsite. Campers will be able to relax in the onsite pools and spend some time in the recreation room. They will find pool tables and more in the recreation room to help entertain them. The managers are always onsite, and the park is a safe place to stay. You will be able to buy some items and snacks at the convenience store as well.
How to Get to Redding RV Park
The park has easy access right off the I-5. When you are traveling north along the I-5, you will take Exit 680 and take a left. At the second light, turn left onto Black Marble. Make an immediate left up the hill. You will see the park on the right.
If you are traveling south on the I-5, take Exit 680 and turn right. At the first light, turn left onto Black Marble and then an immediate left up the hill. You will find the park on your left.

Local Attractions
The campground has a wonderful location that is close to some great attractions and places that your family will love to visit. You can visit Waterworks Park, which is only about 2/10 of a mile away. This is a large and fun water park that has slides, pools, an inner tube ride, snacks and plenty more. It is a great way to beat the summer heat.
Another place that you may want to visit when you are in the area is Lake Shasta. You can go fishing, boating or just enjoy the beauty of the lake. Visitors may also want to head into Redding to go shopping, bowling, take a trip to the movies or have something to eat at one of the great restaurants.
