You want to have an excellent experience when you are camping with your RV on your next vacation and that means you need to find great campgrounds for your trip. When traveling through the state of Idaho and around the area of Declo, consider staying at the Village of Trees RV Park. This park offers all of the standard amenities that you would expect from a great resort, but it also features a host of other activities and conveniences that you will come to enjoy. The park is open year round.
Amenities, Activities and Features of the Village of Trees RV Park
You will find the Village of the Trees RV Park, located along the Snake River, is able to accommodate large RVs, including big rigs. They offer 20, 30 and 50-amp service for electricity, water and sewer, and all of their sites are pull-thru. Cable TV and wireless Internet access is also available. Some of the sites are even large enough for a slide-out. In total, they have 130 sites for RVs and 200 grass sites for tent campers. If you prefer, you can even rent a cabin with a bathroom, shower, kitchenette and three beds. Make sure that you bring along your own bedding.
The clubhouse offers a modem for guests. The restrooms are clean and there is even a laundry facility for those who need to do a few loads. The RV park also offers a heated pool and spa and even a fitness center for those who want to keep in shape. The indoor pavilion features a fireplace. They even have an outdoor pavilion and a playground for the children. You will be able to go fishing right in the nearby river. Village of the Trees also has a convenience store where you can pick up anything that you might need and access to fuel 24hrs a day.
Directions to the Village of the Trees RV Park
Take Exit 216 off Highway 84 and turn to the north. Proceed for about 1/10th of a mile, and you will find the park on the west side of the road near the Phillips Conoco Station. The entrance is on the south end of the parking area.

Local Attractions
Many wonderful activities and places to visit are within a short distance of the park. Outdoors lovers will want to venture to the City of Rocks National Reserve, where you can find amazing monolithic rock faces that are millions of years old. Hikers, climbers and horseback riders will enjoy the more than 22 miles of trails here.
If you prefer something a bit more relaxing, consider heading to Carmela Vineyards for a tour and a sample of some of the wines crafted at the vineyard. They also have a public golf course with 9 holes that you can play.
In the winter, you might want to go skiing. You will find that the Pomerelle Mountain Resort is only a short distance from the RV park and it offers some great skiing on 24 slopes.
